"As soon you enters this place stinks! Very bad smell as if you step down . They have 4 dental lab for testing an filling. They have in-house x ray where they do full teeth X-ray. Unnecessary they will charge more please don’t visit this Center"

"Scheduled an appointment for toot-ache, however, I was made to wait at the clinic for an hour, after which I was asked to fill a form. There was no attendant who was incharge of the patients, there was no one at the reception too. The incharge did not enquire about my problem and did not even bother to intimate the exact waiting time. Worst possible experience for a patient with an emergency."

"I have been a patient here since Covid days. This clinic was Dentex when I became their patient with the understanding and expertise of Dr Sachdeva in person. Over the years, I have seen terrible downfall in the professionalism and delivery here. I gave them ample chances thinking it is a change in brand name and everything takes time to settle. However, it was disheartening to find a new face each visit. The staff now has no sense of belongingness to the place. Today is my last visit after spending over 3 lacs here on two Invisalign treatments. I wish I was leaving on a happier note just the way it started. I see no point sharing smaller details but surely Clove - you have lost it in the eyes of many like me."
